PACK POLICIES

OVERVIEW

Pack memberships are offered on a Tuesday/Thursday schedule. Pack member schedules are determined by request and must be approved by Oregon Tails. If there are special circumstances in which a Pack member would require less days of Pack per week, you may make a request via the Pack Portal or by email.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Morning Drop-Off. Please arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am. To maintain our schedule, we are not able to wait for Pack members who arrive after this time window.

Evening Pick-Up. Please arrive between 5:00pm and 5:20pm.

Notes

Tardiness. In the evening if you will be more than 30 minutes late, we ask that your pack member stay at the Ranch for the evening and we will coordinate getting the dog back to you the following morning.

PAYMENT

Members will be billed monthly, for each day of Pack that month via Square Cash. [Your Square Cash request] = [membership daily rate] x [number of Pack days in that month]

Missed Days
If your companion misses a day, you will not be refunded for that day. Instead, you may request a Wednesday make-up day(s) using the Pack Portal.

CLOSURES

We will announce federal holiday closures and vacation closures on the Pack Portal. You will not be charged for the days we are closed, and there will be no make-up days.

Weather and Circumstances
In the event of extreme weather or other circumstances affecting our ability to safely operate Adventures, we will e-mail Pack members as soon as possible to announce the closure. In the announcement, we will include information about make-up days or refunds depending on the situation at hand.

Absences
If your companion will miss Pack outside of a holiday, you will not be refunded for the missed day. Instead, you may submit a make-up day request through the Pack Portal.

BOARDING

Pack members may submit a boarding request through the Pack Portal. If a day is grey or unable to be selected on the calendar, we are either unavailable for boarding on that day or are full.

Fees
Boarding is priced per-day. The daily fee will be posted on the Boarding Request calendar and payment will be requested using the same payment method that you use to pay your Pack Membership fee. We send a boarding payment request once the dogs stay has completed.
