Fundamental to the Jentle Method™ practice, the lead is our custom designed tool. Each lead is handmade in small batches by a women owned company in Portland, Oregon and finished by Cole and Jonathan. We began making these leads in 2018 as we wanted something that was soft and laid flat on the dog’s snout. For both the comfort of the person and dog using it. Made for all sizes.

Written and published by Cole Lasher and Jonathan Czinder, “The Jentle Method: Leadwork” offers a deeper understanding and feeling of how we work with dogs through step-by-step explanation of our methodology. In this book we dive into the 11 steps of the Jentle Method, the forms of communication and gives folks a path to begin practicing or deepen their understanding. First published in 2019.
